I am an integrative counsellor with both Autism and ADHD (AuDHD). I work from a trauma-informed and neurodiverse affirming lens. My specific interest is working with trauma, neurodiversity, identity, depression, and anxiety. I work from a person centred foundation but where appropriate use other modalities such as ACT, IFS and trauma informed CBT.
