I work on a one to one basis with young people in education supporting their mental health and enabling them to achieve. I specifically work with young people with Autism and or ADHD on their self confidence. I work with students at University or College mentoring them by assisting them in navigating their way through their studies. I can work using study skills, motivation, decoding briefs, proof reading essays, exam techniques and dealing with stress, and using mindfulness to manage anxiety.
