My name is Jo and I am the owner of Sense of Self Occupational Therapy. I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2010 and since then have built my career around working with people with mental health difficulties, Autistic people and those with ADHD as well as neurological conditions.

My passion is for working with neurodivergent teenagers who are experiencing sensory processing difficulties, difficulties with anxiety, wanting to know more about any diagnosis they may have and difficulty regulating themselves to be able to participate in the things they want to do. I believe in empowering young people through coaching and self-advocacy to accept themselves and meet their own needs or support them to identify what help they may need.

I work online and face to face and would love to hear from you if you think I would be a good fit for you.
