I provide hypnotherapy for children, young people and adults. Hypnotherapy can be a valuable way of reducing anxiety, stress, fears and phobias and can also be used to help you to achieve specific goals e.g. to stop smoking, lose weight, increase self-confidence etc.
Following a free initial online consultation I will then create a personalised plan for you which we will review on an ongoing basis.
I have worked with both children and adults on the Autistic Spectrum and have also completed training in making my practice Autism friendly.
I work face to face within Edinburgh, Falkirk and West Lothian, and online anywhere in the UK and worldwide.
