Neurodivergent people often grapple with mental health challenges in a world that doesn't always align with their unique needs. Drawing from my extensive experience working closely with autistic adults, I believe that counselling can be a crucial step towards achieving mental well-being.

I do not view autism as a problem to be “cured”. Instead, I recognize neurodivergence as a valuable aspect of human diversity that deserves acceptance, nurturing, and tailored support. Being autistic means viewing the world through a different lens, with its own unique strengths and challenges. I help neurodivergent people to be themselves, to move in the world with greater ease, and to feel good about who they are.

Greater self-awareness can help you to accept yourself while also being open to positive change. Meeting new people – particularly at the beginning of a new working relationship – can be daunting.
