We offer one-to-one Counselling, Psychotherapy, EMDR and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to women. We have extensive experience in supporting clients on the spectrum. With the help of the horses, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy is particularly helpful in finding ways of managing some of the challenges Autism might bring (anxiety, depression and sensory overload). It can help you explore the difficulties and what the next step might be.

This is a non-riding experience and no previous experience of horses is necessary.
