I provide online therapy to clients whom suspect or have been diagnoses with ADHD, Autism or PDA predominantly. I am able to screen, but cannot diagnose clients. I am here to support clients through the process, but also to work through any mental health issues and coping with traits that might make things difficult. I work integratively which means I use different methods of therapy CBT, psychodynamic, person centred, Transactional Analysis etc to support my clients. Sessions might be coaching and psychoeducation - teaching about how their mental health or neurodiversity can be supported. The sessions are client led by their goals.
