Social support group for young adults 18 to 30 with ASD/ADHD/anxiety and MH issues to 'Step out' and start to enjoy socialising with like-minded people. Help to boost self esteem, social skills and eliminate isolation/loneliness leading to depression. Activities pub outings, quizzes, dinners out, arts and crafts, monthly social group, cinema, bowling, online chats and gaming
