The Giaroli Centre specialises in the diagnosis of Autism in children, adolescents and adults. The clinic is Consultant Psychiatrist lead, and involves a multi-disciplinary team in the diagnosis process; centered around the patient's needs and ensuring all NICE Guidelines are met. Paediatrician within the team as well. We are Consultant Psychiatrist led, but also have Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist and Paediatrician, to ensure multi-disciplinary approach to all Autism assessments.

The clinic also runs public education webinars and events throughout the UK. Though we are based in London, we access referrals from across the UK, and we hold multiple outreach seminars across the UK throughout the year.

Our clinics are at 70 Harley Street and 75 Harley Street, in central London.

Approaches and tools used: ADI-R (3 hours) and ADOS-2 (approx 1 hour) and multiple patient appointments (neurodevelopmental history taking etc.). The diagnosis process for Autism involves approx. 4 appointments overall, with 3 different (multi-disciplinary) clinicians, being lead and coordinated by a Psychiatrist.
