I provide counselling to parents and carers and I am also working with autistic adults. I provide mental health support, emotional support. A place for parents to talk about their feelings, understand their feelings and behaviours build resilience, find new ways to communicate. i can help parents start to find a new sense of self, build self esteem, over come feelings of loneliness and isolation, learn relaxation techniques and coping strategies, and above all, learn to accept their 'new normal'.
