I provide neuro-affirmative, individual support for children and young adults. Through 1:1 guidance, I help them understand their neurodivergence, recognise their strengths, build self-awareness, and develop effective strategies.
I offer both pre- and post-diagnostic support, along with psychoeducation, to help individuals appreciate that their unique minds are brilliant.
For parents, I provide tailored advice and practical tools to empower them in supporting their neurodivergent children, fostering a nurturing environment for growth.
I guide families through the diagnostic process, offering support both before and after a diagnosis to ensure clarity and confidence in the next steps.
Additionally, I collaborate with schools, colleges, and universities to enhance understanding and support for neurodivergent students, promoting inclusive learning environments.
