WayMakers works to improve opportunities and outcomes for autistic adults and young people aged 14+ who are without significant learning needs. We offer direct person-centred support to individuals, and deliver neurodiversity affirmative training to build knowledge, skills and confidence in employers and others working alongside autistic and neurodivergent people.

Our vision is society which appreciates the value of diverse minds in which everyone feels welcome, safe, and included.

We cater for those whose needs have been formally identified, as well as those who self-identify or are just starting to recognise that their traits align with autism.

Our joined-up approach supports service users to take their next steps, while also helping workplaces and other professionals to develop more inclusive and equitable cultures. The goal? For neurodivergent and anxious individuals to flourish alongside workplace culture, creativity, productivity and effectiveness.

Our services include:

  • 1-to-1 strengths-based, solution-focused strategy coaching.
  • Neurodiversity profile mapping of individual strengths and challenges.
  • Workplace needs and reasonable adjustments guidance.
  • Job coaching.
  • Neurodiversity affirmative training in autism, accessibility and inclusion for employers, HR managers, line managers whole teams, and professionals in the health, care and education sectors.

Some services can be delivered online as well as in person – please enquire for details.
