Y - W8

Resources for Autism

Main information

Type of service: Social groups

Y-W8 is a social group that provides activity focused sessions. We offer a structured, consistent session in order to provide consistency, support anxiety reduction and enable fun. The group is held at Area 51 in Wood Green (Haringey) on Monday evenings from 5.30pm-7.30pm. Whilst at the session you can choose to do cooking, physical activities, art, music (listen to CDs, play instruments and sing), dancing, play board games or spend time in the sensory room. Y-W8 is specifically for adults (aged 18+ years) with autism spectrum condition (ASC) and complex needs who require intensive support. If you require 1-1 or 2-1 support within a closed group setting, then contact the provider.
