Max was struggling to find a job where he could feel secure and happy. After years of being misunderstood by managers and colleagues, Max found our Autism at Work initiative.

Our Employment team sent Max details of roles that were suitable for him. The team supported him throughout the entire recruitment and interview process.

Now, Max is thriving in his role as Technical Support Professional at BT. We still offer Max monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with his job coach, Leo, to talk through his progress and to develop new skills. We also helped his managers and colleagues at BT with invaluable training to understand autism.
