Caleb was refused his first choice of secondary school by his local council, even though his friends and support group were going there. The school that the council offered him is a 40 minute bus ride from Caleb's home. Caleb experiences overwhelming sensory issues on public transport that make him physically sick. Mum, Frances, got in touch with our Education Tribunal Support Helpline and appealed the decision. Caleb won the appeal and is now at his preferred school with his friends.
