Lily has recently joined us as a volunteer in our Transitions Support team. The team supports young people and their families through key life transitions such as starting or changing school, leaving school and starting or leaving college or university.

"I have had great support and lovely mentors." 

Before joining us, Lily worked in a school for children with special education needs and found this really rewarding. She is passionate about helping young autistic people deal with the challenges and anxiety many of them face when moving through the school system.
