Corinna Laurie
Corinna is a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist who has worked with the National Autistic Society since 2009.
Currently working strategically as Clinical Lead for the National Autistic Society and Principal Occupational Therapist, she is committed to supporting and continually improving the quality of clinical services to ensure positive outcomes for autistic people and their families.
Corinna was previously the Lead Therapist within a large multi-professional NHS directorate, and is now the Director of a successful therapy agency.
Corinna is the author of Sensory and motor strategies – now on its third edition –and has written several articles for publications such as SEN Magazine. She regularly advises on best autism practice across projects nationally. Corinna also presents nationally to a wide variety of audiences and establishments and has been called to represent her profession/students as an expert witness at SEND tribunals.
Corinna is a Moderator for the National Autistic Society’s Autism Accreditation, SPELL trainer, ADOS-2/ADIR-trained clinician and supports universities with occupational therapy degree examination moderation.
