Recruiting autistic employees

This course is aimed at HR professionals who are wanting to create an autism-friendly recruitment process, in order to attract and support autistic individuals in applying and interviewing for vacant opportunities at their organisation.

About the training

The Recruiting Autistic Employees training programme is aimed at developing HR professionals’ understanding of autism and giving them the confidence and skills to create an autism-friendly recruitment process.  

This training can accommodate a maximum of 12 delegates.
