Cheam Road is a 24-hour all-female residential service supporting adults aged 35-60 with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge.
The service provides support to develop individualised plans that promote increased choice and independence, whilst focusing on recovery and relapse prevention. We follow an active, person-centred approach which supports individual to make choices and achieve their planned outcomes.
We work closely with community teams to ensure that individuals continue to access key services and appointments, close working relationships enable us to focus on increased independence and recovery.

Age: From age 35 to 60
Aimed at: Adult
Gender: Women/girls only
