London Road is a large, detached residential home for adults aged 20-45 with autism spectrum conditions, moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. There is an ethos of promoting independence supporting individuals to do as much as they are able to as well as a focus on maximising ability around all daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, personal care, travel training, money skills and cooking.
Individuals are assisted in positive risk taking so that they actively increase their confidence and move towards their goals in achievable milestones. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff.
