Parent Carer wellbeing group includes peer emotional support to other parent carers. It focuses on wellbeing and supporting mental health in parent carers. The services are for parents, grandparents or carers of a child with an ASD. We accept enquiries and members from anywhere as this service is available online so it is worldwide but most members based in the UK.
