I am a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist based in Manchester. I have worked with children in schools and youth clubs and with adults in community settings who have experienced difficulties in their lives e.g. bullying, loss, trauma, depression, childhood abuse, working with groups and individuals to promote health and wellbeing through creativity and connection.I have provided support to adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, long term physical health problems, negative or distressing voices, parenting and relationship conflicts.

As a therapist I am committed to working with individuals and groups who have experienced adversity, isolation and discrimination. Bringing people together to share life experiences, and stories, reduces isolation, develop resilience and improves health and wellbeing. I am HCPC registered, fully insured, a full member of the British Association of Art Therapists and a Member of Black and Asian Therapists Network.
