Albion Road is an all-male residential service for adults aged 30+ with learning disabilities and complex needs including behaviours that may challenge. Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
The service aims to support individuals to maintain and identify both social and leisure activities. They will also be supported in identifying any education and/or employment placements which can increase their independence.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff when required.
