We offer a comprehensive and flexible psychological support service for adults on the spectrum or with ADHD. This includes MDT diagnostic assessments using standardised diagnostic tools, community-based intensive treatment programmes for anxiety, social anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. community participation programmes, social opportunities and support around developing social skills and maintaining relationships, couples, family, and individual therapy, career development and reasonable adjustment, etc. We have extensive experience of supporting adults with ASD and ADHD and are keen to offer a flexible and individual service at a reasonable price, so please contact us to discuss your needs. We are currently based in London, but able to offer a limited service online to other parts of the UK and abroad for individual, couples and family work.
