Based in Southampton, John Arrow offers individual counselling using an integrative approach, with a strong cognitive and behavioural element. Therapy can be brief and focused on specific issues, or extended personal developmental therapy, depending on need. If face to face work is really not possible, does offer telephone counselling. Can also offer counselling by email by prior agreement and payment.
