The ASD Support Service of North Eastern Education and Library Board (NEELB) provides advice, guidance, support, training and intervention to schools to help meet the needs of referred pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Pupils are referred either by the Board Educational Psychology Service or by Special Education. The Service is needs led and, as such, a wide range of interventions and support models are used to meet the spectrum of needs of referred pupils. The Service works in collaboration with colleagues from other agencies and services.

Covers: Antrim and Newtownabbey, Ards and North Down, Belfast, Causeway Coast and Glens, Derry City and Strabane, Lisburn and Castlereagh, Mid and East Antrim, Mid Ulster, Newry, Mourne and Down
