Auternative Coaching is a new coaching service which is specially designed for autistic people and their families. Coaching is a proven, effective way to empower people to make decisions and affect change in their lives. It can really help people who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a rut, and is an effective way to boost self belief, motivation and wellbeing. Our coaching is specially adapted to meet the needs of autistic individuals and the people who care for them. All of our coaches have first hand experience of autism and its challenges, a Diploma of Applied NLP : Autism Coaching and experience of working with autistic individuals and their families. We offer three services; a group coaching course for parents and carers of children on the autism spectrum, individual 121 coaching for parents/carers, and individual 121 coaching for autistic adults.
Our services are catered for people on the spectrum or/and people with challenging behaviour and mental health problems. The services are delivered online and in London.
