Just like how a walk-in social group would operate, we have groups that accommodate towards different languages. Some of the groups run by us are Worldwide Autists, Spanish Autists, English Autists, Portuguese Autists, Dutch Autists, Women Autists, African Autists and Asian Autists. Unfortunately, we do not accept autistic people under the age of 18 years old. This is to protect everyone involved, including the autistic adults who are members of our groups. We do our best to make sure we accommodate towards all legal requirements in the different jurisdictions we operate. Our biggest groups have autistic adults from 70+ different countries, including from the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, China and Afghanistan. Yes, you read that right. We are currently supporting an autistic man who is trying to help him girlfriend leave the country safely. For some autistic adults in developing countries, we have become the only support network in a society that is naturally hostile to them. We also provide information, signposting and noteworthy news regarding autism. We are not a self-advocacy autistic group, but we do empower autistic who join our group to pursue their individual goals. We primarily focus on providing social groups for friendship and factual and fact-checked news. We hope to employ autistic journalists in different regions around the world in the near future to create content with us. We accept members from anywhere in the world. Support groups under the Worldwide Autists group network hosted wholly online on Zoom, Google Meets, WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook.
