Avenues Group is a group of charities leading social care across London, South East England and East Anglia. Over 600 individuals are supported across our residential homes, community supported living, out-reach and home care teams. The individuals we support range from 12 to 95 and face significant disadvantage through either learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injury or dementia or a combination of these. We employ 1500+ to support them. Often we are the last point of call and specialise in supporting those with complex and challenging behaviours. Our belief is safety not cotton wool and our proposition is to be the UK's most innovative critical social care specialist. We respect every individual and are most trusted to support them enjoy life.
