Ballards Ash Farmhouse is a spacious and attractive former farmhouse set on the outskirts of Wootton Bassett village (two miles away), in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. It provides easy access to Swindon, located just off junction 16 of the M4 motorway. The home supports ten young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities within a rural setting. The bright and spacious accommodation includes ten single bedrooms,three on the ground floor and seven on the first floor. There is also a main lounge, dining room, quiet lounge, sensory room, day services room, music room and main kitchen. Outside is a large, spacious and safe garden, separated into relaxation and recreation areas, with a summer house and patio areas. In addition the home has its own transport for leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.
