Ballater House is an enhanced MDT led residential care home with 24 hour nursing which offers support and developmental programmes for service users with moderate to severe learning disabilities who present with challenging behaviours as well as complex needs. The majority of the service users have a dual diagnosis, with the primary diagnosis being a learning disability. The secondary diagnosis may include mental illness, borderline personality disorder or an autistic spectrum condition.
