I am a longstanding British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)/United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) Accredited counsellor/psychological therapist with more than seventeen years' clinical experience. I aim to provide a warm, supportive and safe environment for all my clients whatever their age, gender or cause for concern. My consulting rooms are located in Knowbury near Ludlow, Shropshire. Everyone who comes to see me is given only as many sessions as they themselves believe to be beneficial. As an experienced practitioner, I have also been providing clinical supervision for the work of both qualified and trainee counsellors for over a decade. I have run supervision groups for youth counselling charities, managed volunteer counsellors and taught counselling specialisms at Further Education (FE) College level. I also train private and corporate clients in Mindfulness, Meditation and, where required, Asperger syndrome. Qualifications include: BA (Hons), Post-Graduate Certificate in Asperger Syndrome, Advanced Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, Certificate in Supervision of Counsellors and Youth Workers, British Psychological Society (BPS) Mindfulness Teacher Training, numerous Human Givens certificates. In addition, I happen to be a Reiki Master Therapist. I have also been developing a service to support parents and spouses of those on the Spectrum. And I also now offer Skype sessions which is a new possibility..
