Bay Lodge is a residential service for adults aged 18-40 with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and complex health needs. Staff help people to develop person-centred plans that are tailored towards individual needs and focused on outcomes, supporting the individual to be as independent as possible.

People are supported to take part in activities that enrich their lives and build on skills. Staff will work closely with the person, families and health care professionals to provide the best care possible.
