Type of service: Day schools, Schools

Baycroft is a school for pupils with moderate learning disabilities (MLD), however 50 per cent of students have an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The school caters for students of ages 11-16. Most of the ASD students work in the main part of the school. A small number, currently 12, are based in a resourced provision where the adult to student ratio is high: 2 students to 1 adult. Students in the resourced provision integrate into the main body of the school (with support).
