I provide counselling for young people (16+ at present) and adults on the autism spectrum. It can be addressing depression and anxiety due to social isolation, a new diagnosis or awaiting a diagnosis, difficulty in social interaction, difficulty in private relationship, OCD behaviour, stress management, anger management and more. My room has been designed with sensory issues in mind. I also offer counselling to parents, siblings, carers or partners of individuals on the spectrum. I often give guidance to colleagues who might have clients with autism in the NHS. I am bilingual and am able to do the sessions in English and French. Approaches used: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eclectic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic.

Registrations and professional qualifications: Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) (certificate number 047928). Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling (Presently undergoing a CBT Diploma). In accordance with BACP I do a minimum of 30 hours of countinuous professional development a year.
