Birdhurst Rise is a residential service for adults aged 30+ with learning disabilities, behaviours that may challenge, autism spectrum conditions, epilepsy and/or complex needs. The service provides a person-centred planning approach and support with life and independence skills development.
Individuals will be supported to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment and support in taking part in leisure activities. The service maintains strong relationships with families and care professionals, and staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff.
