Bluetts House is a supported living service for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health conditions and behaviours that may challenge. The service provides a person-centred planning approach and aims to support individuals with life and independence skills.
The service provides support to identify and maintain education placements and/or employment, as well as identifying any leisure activities individuals choose to participate in.

Age: From age 18 to 100
