Using over 10 years experience working with teenagers and adults with Autism I have developed a life coaching programme to provide support in managing thoughts and feelings and encourage goal focussed problem solving. To give them the support they needed I trained in a therapy called Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and with my experience tailored a coaching programme to give them the help they needed. It's been really exciting to see them progress and start to look forward to the future and what they can achieve. I'm now opening this up as a service to others as an inclusive life coach/mentor.
