We are a new mental health and wellbeing service for autistic people, which is led and delivered by autistic professionals. We currently offer art therapy and online counselling (UK only) and support groups. 

Our services are catered for people on the autism spectrum with/or mental health problems, hearing/visual impairment or physical disability.

Face to face work is available to those willing and able to travel to sessions. Online work is available to people anywhere in the UK.
