Main information

Type of service: Outreach, Social groups, Supported living schemes

C-Change is a supported living charity organisation that supports adults and young people with additional support needs to live the life that they choose. C-Change was founded in 2001 on the principle that everyone has the right to live in their own home and live the life of their choosing. C-Change supports people to live independently in their own home or with others that they would like to share their home with. Though we are Glasgow based, we offer services in Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, East & West Dunbartonshire and North & South Lanarkshire. .

We help people achieve what they want, such as: a social life; employment or volunteer work; qualifications and educational opportunities; life skills; friendships; interests, hobbies and activities; and community connections. For the last two years we have been running social events and connecting people who want to make more friends and/or meet a boyfriend or girlfriend, please see link on lef-hand side of the page. Although C-Change does not currently provide direct services for children, it can provide planning and advice on developing creative support solutions for children. .
