Carers of West Lothian is a voluntary organisation providing information and support to unpaid carers. Services provided include: Information and advice; Carer training; One to one emotional support; Home visits; Hospital based carer support service; Dementia specific carer support service; Signposting and referral to appropriate support services; Access to counselling; Carer support groups; Recreational courses; Identify hidden carers; Raising carer awareness; Carer representation; and Individual and group support for young carers. The service caters for unpaid carers of all ages (including young carers) in all caring situations.
