The accommodation and learning resources here are maintained to a very high standard. The sports facilities include a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), gym and extensive playing fields. The school also has links with the Stockport Music Service and access to some of their excellent facilities. Students have their own indoor and outdoor recreational areas including common rooms, café and outdoor play/relaxation areas.

Students' special needs are supported by the regular involvement of the Education Psychology Service, Services for the Sensory Impaired and the Local Heath Trust (speech and language therapy, school nurse and both occupational therapy and physiotherapy) and Services for Young People.
