CATCHUP provides an information and advice centre specialising in Welfare Benefits Advice. The staff deal with enquiries on a range of issues involving people with disabilities and their carers. Most of the work involves advising people on their welfare benefit entitlements. Assistance can be given with form filling, reviews and appeals for most claimable benefits. Staff are also able to provide information on holidays for people with disabilities, aids and equipment, available grants for adaptations in the home, access and mobility problems, wheelchairs and much more. The Information and Advice Centre is open from Monday to Thursday, 9:30am - 3:30pm, and Friday 9:30am - 3:00pm.
