Cedars is a supported living service supporting adults aged 30+ with autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, emotional needs and complex health needs.
At Cedars we specialise in supporting individuals to make choices and decisions in their lives to map and plan a bright future. The service works with people to enable them to make sure that the decisions they make are self-determining and result in enabling them to have confidence in making choices. We aim to increase their daily living skills, using outcome-focused care and support.
