Cerrig Cornel

Achieve together

Main information

Type of service: Supported living schemes

Cerrig Cornel is a 24-hour, supported living service for adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, restricted mobility and epilepsy.

Cerrig Cornel provides one-to-one support for specific individual needs. Our person-centred approach enables us to focus on supporting people who, whilst they have the potential for independent living, nevertheless need practical help and guidance to enable them to lead the life they choose. We can also offer short term, emergency and respite placements. Our aim is to support individuals to achieve their goals by delivering a high-quality service based on active support. Each individual has access to outcome-based activities and has an on-site activities coordinator, so each person will have an individual profile of activities and opportunities.
