Challenge Consultancy and Training is a provider of direct outreach support for individuals and their families to promote independence, consistency of support and engage in positive behavioural management approaches. There is also a training service for professionals working in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder, to enable them to enhance their service. Tracey Green offers consultancy services / sessional work to families, children and adults. This work includes all children and adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs regardless of age. She specialises in sex and relationship education, anxiety and communication.
