The Citizens Advice Scotland service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free information and impartial and independent advice from over 200 locations in Scotland, and by influencing policymakers. Fully trained volunteers give advice on topics such as benefits, debt, employment, housing and other legal matters.
