The Community Child Health Service provides general community paediatric services including an assessment and diagnostic service for children presenting with concerns about autistic spectrum disorder. Its team consists of seven Consultant Community Paediatricians, five Staff and Associate Specialists and five Specialist Registrars.

Assessment procedure: Initial outpatient consultation.

Follow up service: Follow up and further assessment as required.

Multi-disciplinary assessment: Paediatrics Speech and language therapy Specialist teachers.
