Coping with Aspergers Through Support (C.A.T.S.) is a new group for those with Asperger syndrome or who care for someone with Asperger syndrome. This group is somewhere they can share information and meet like-minded people. The group meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7.30 pm in The Victoria Park Community Centre, Victoria Park Road, Bridgwater. It's purpose is help people to socialise and visit places of interest..

Members are a mixture of adults with Asperger syndrome and those who care for them, this can be either a professional, family member or friend. Examples of the meetings held to-date are: cookery lessons; walk along the canal to the pub; ten pin bowling; first aid training; BBQs; walks in the woods and a Christmas meal. They have also held discussion evenings on coping with Asperger syndrome and living with someone with the condition. .
