I am a qualified therapist who's registered with the BACP. On learning I was autistic as an adult I found that there weren't that many affordable therapists out there who really understood the autistic experience and aimed to change that. I provide a person-centred service, creating a safe space where an individual can just be themselves without judgement. My sessions are typically built around validation, building a sense of self worth through putting down healthy boundaries, and better understanding how a person's autism uniquely affects them so they can better understand themselves and what they need in terms of support and accommodation.
